Chicken With Radicchio

Two chicken breasts, four slices of raw ham, salt and pepper, a radicchio rosso, eight green onions, five tablespoons of olive oil, half a glass of white wine, two tablespoons of capers, half a sprig of oregano, half a sprig of thyme, two tablespoons of parsley, two tablespoons of balsamic

Instructions for preparation:

Chop the herbs and mix with olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper. In a skillet, saute green onions with oil, salt and pepper. Stir in white wine and let evaporate. Stir in the radicchio, capers and a bit of mixed herbs. Sauté for three minutes, serve with crispy chicken breast and ham.
