Want or Wonton
(Or Yun Hun Tun Tun)
The Tao and the Universe
If we started the way from absolute indeterminacy of tao as the mystery of mysteries, to the phenomenal world, we must move the process of determining which of the creative activity of the tao as source and sustenance of all things existing. – The Tao of page
Hun Tun is called while in the north is called Yun Tun in the south. Records came from the north and its name comes from the Hun Tun Hun Dun word which means ¨ chaos.
In antiquity it was believed to be a meal that was not closed Qi Qiao (referring to the seven outlets we have in the face, two eyes, two nostrils, two ears and one mouth. And if we say that a person gets blood from seven outings, we mean that you are dying or are very poisonous.)
Here is another story that you know. In an old book Zhuang Zi, it is said that the South Sea had a king who was called Shu, in the North Sea was called the King Hu and the king who lived in the center was called ¨ ¨ Hun Dun. One day Shu ¨ ‘Hu ¨ ¨ and where they are living Hun Dun Hun Dun treated very well and we Shu ¨ ‘¨ and ¨ Hu wanted to thank him. Well, how? As Hun Dun no Qiao Qi, every day they opened a hole in the body of Hun Dun ¨ ¨. Seven days later, Hun Dun Qi Qiao already but I died.
This story concerns the origin of the universe. Shu and ¨ ¨ ¨ ¨ Hu represent time. It was time to say that ended the chaos and created the universe. It is a philosophy of Taoism china or something but it is interesting.
In terms of Wonton Food, do not confuse with Jiaozi Guo Tie or because they are very similar. This food usually served in a soup and we eat as a morning breakfast. But as it is a very popular food in China, there is great variety in different provinces.
