Sup ikan kakap

Ingredient:

500 gr red snapper fillets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1250 ml water
5 pcs red onion, thinly sliced
15 whole red chilli pepper
2 stalk lemongrass, white part, crushed
6 lbr lime leaves
1 turmeric leaf conclude lbr
4 pcs of green tomatoes, chopped 4 parts
250 grams of edible mushroom, cut into thin
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
2 stalk green onion, sliced 1 cm
2 tablespoons lime juice

How to Make:

1. Cut into pieces the size of 4×4 cm fish, coat fish with 1 tablespoon lime juice and salt. Set aside.
2. Boil water, add onion, chili pepper, lemongrass, lime leaves and turmeric leaf, put the on the fire until boiling.
3. Enter the tomatoes, mushrooms, salt, sugar, green onion and lime juice cook until boiling. Add the fish pieces and cook until all ingredients cooked.
