This rice is very easy to prepare and we need the following ingredients (base 2 persons):
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cups water
1 cup cola (same cup water)
200 gr.vermicelli noodle
100 gr.raisins (brown, blonde or both)
100 gr.chopped pecans (optional)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chickpeas and a half, a third of a loaf of bread soaked, half green pepper, 2 cloves garlic, 1 packet of yeast, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, salt.

Instructions for preparation:
Soak the chickpeas the night before. Wash and drain the chickpeas and grind all together, mixing the dough with your hands or a fork. Thin round pancakes are made, maximum one centimeter thick, and approximately 5 cm in diameter. Fry in abundant oil until golden.
