Ingredient:
2 tbsp oil, for sauteing
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
150 g onions, finely chopped
5 cm ginger, thinly sliced
150 g peeled medium shrimp
150 g squid flesh clean (without a head, the epidermis, and the ink), cut into 1 cm thick
150g snapper fillets, cut into 1 cm dice
500 g rice fluffier, wash, drain
