A recipe super fresh and very well thought out for the summer is the ice cream cake, one of the children’s favorite desserts and can serve to surprise guests at a party or business idea.

Although many believe that it is complicated, the truth is that every step is easy, but what is true is that it takes a few days of preparation because they must freeze each of the layers to achieve a beautiful presentation.

ice cream cake

Already in a previous post we saw the ingredients and first steps to prepare a delicious ice cream cake and now continue with the steps and tips to prepare.

Gelatin to bottom of pan:
1 box strawberry gelatin, 2 cups boiling water and 2 sheets of gelatine.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and gelatine. Be placed in the mold a layer of gelatin and starts curdling, when curd is put strawberries gelatin opening a little liquid (½ cup reserved for this)
The liquid gelatin is the glue that serves as the cream to be added.

Cream:
1 can evaporated milk cold for 9 hours or full day in the freezer, half a kilo of strawberries blended without water, 1 box of lemon gelatin and pineapple, juice of 1 lemon, ½ cup of boiling water; 1tz granulated sugar 3 leaves of isinglass. Beat frozen milk (which can freeze in the bowl where it beat)

A simple recipe for preparing the fruit tart. This is an ideal dessert for an evening with friends for a weekend desktop family. Because it is so easy, it’s perfect to teach to make desserts at home.

A secret to prepare the cake is to make the fruits of the season. For example, in summer you can use peaches, bananas, strawberries, grapes and kiwis, but if you are in winter, can be either a blackberries, peaches and apples.

Fruit Cake

* 150 g butter
* 120 g. sugar
* 263 g. flour
* 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* A pinch of salt

Making dough

In a bowl place the butter and sugar and beat until it forms a smooth cream, then add the vanilla essence. Previously, strain the flour with salt and then add it to the cream while bats sugar on medium speed until blended well.

If you do it by hand seeks to maintain a constant speed to beat out the dough smooth. Once ready, compact all the dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are consistent.
