This is quick and easy way to make dough and corn tortillas at home.

Ingredients:

* 1 ½ cup warm water.
* Salt to taste.
* Baking powder or baking soda.
* Flour.
* Oil.
* Slices of cheese.
* Pasote.

Dough Preparation

* Add 1 ½ cup warm water in a bowl, add salt to taste, a pinch of baking powder or baking soda, then add the flour slowly, while stirring by hand until desired consistency, trying not to be very moist, but not too hard.
* With this mass can be made 4 or 5 tortillas. You have to knead well until no lumps and is securely attached.
* Once the desired dough, knead well, forming small rolls, then put on the table and roll it in a circle, trying to make it two of all sides and parties are thinner than others.
* Then place it in a skillet with a drizzle of hot oil, let cook about 30 seconds and turn it around. Then you have to wait a bit browned, 1 minute or less, and turn it around again. Starts to inflate, wait for it to brown. Add a few slices of cheese with a bit of a pathy, or whatever you want.
* Cook and serve.
