ham pasta

Ingredients:
* 250 g tagliatelle
* Salt
* 50 g butter
* 150 grams of cooked lean ham
* 2 eggs
* 1 tablespoon milk
* Ground black pepper
* Little grated nutmeg
* ½ bunch parsley

Preparation:

The noodles, as provided by plenty of salted boiling water to cook. If they are still dente, Drain briefly with cold water to deter, and drain well in a bowl.
While the noodles in boiling salted water, from the fat edge of ham and cut into fine dice. The eggs with the salt, the pepper, milk and nutmeg stir well. The parsley leaves from the stems solve wash, dry and finely chop.
