Linguine al Frutti

Ingredient:
180 g linguine
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pcs garlic, thinly sliced
10 pcs shell clams
1 ltr fish broth
15 pcs medium-size shrimp
500 g chopped tomatoes
3 lbr basil
1 tablespoon dried red chilies, chopped
15 pcs scallops
100 gr squid
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
500 ml water

How to Make:
1. Heat the oil, put garlic and cook until fragrant. Enter shellfish, shrimp, scallops and cook until seafood squid change color.
2. Add tomatoes, fish broth, salt, black pepper and stir well.
3. Heat linguene of boiled briefly in boiling water, about 30 seconds, then enter linguene into a sauce pan that has been filled earlier.
4. Serve linguine with basil leaf.

• Scallop or better known as shell-ax.
• linguine is a type of pasta shaped like a stick-long tendrils.
