Spagetthi Bolognese

Ingredients:
1 package spaghetti
350 gr. mixture of ground beef / pork
150 gr. ham into small cubes
1 large onion
1 carrot
3 / 4 Kg. ripe tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt, Pepper.
a small glass of dry sherry.
Grated Parmesan cheese.
Oregano.

Step Spaghetti Bolognese recipe:
