Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 Bottle of 250ml single cream
- Shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- Oil

How to Make
First we will wash the zucchini and cut lengthwise into thin strips.
We put salt and pepper, and cook in a skillet with a little oil, about 2 minutes per side.
