Ingredient:
Pudding:
250 ml heavy cream
250 ml of liquid milk
90 g sugar
35 g cocoa powder
6 g gelatin powder, a team with little
boiling water until translucent
Banana Compote:
2 pieces of banana, peeled and sliced crosswise 1 cm
200 ml orange juice, ready to use
50 ml passion fruit syrup, ready to use
½ lemon fruit, take the water as much as 25 ml
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water
How to Make:
* Pudding: Bring cream, milk and sugar. Enter the cocoa powder and stir well. Add gelatin, stir, remove from heat. Filter.
* Pour into a glass serving small size (volume 100 ml), store in refrigerator at least 4 hours (overnight is better). Set aside.
* Banana Compote: Simmer the orange juice, passion fruit syrup, and lemon juice.
* Enter the bananas, cook for 1 minute. Add cornstarch solution and stir well. Lift. Store in refrigerator.
* Presentation: Place the banana compote on top of pudding, serve cold.
