For these autumn evenings approaching (or rather, which officially began in this part of the world on 23 March), there is nothing better than a cup of coffee, tea or chocolate with a cake prepared for us them. So inspired by the culinary secrets of my mother, who always does a very good, and looking through her cookbooks I found the recipe and variations can be made according to the most demanding tastes.
Then I give the general recipe from which you can make changes to your preferences or special occasion.
INGREDIENTS:

* 30cl of liquid cream
* 3 tablespoons flour
* 30g butter
* 220g of grated comté
* 4 pinches of nutmeg
Salt and pepper
* 3 tablespoons of “Emmental”
