Submerged flavoring materials: (a mixed one)<br />
2 tablespoon lime juice<br />
3 tablespoon chili sauce<br />
3 tablespoon soy sauce<br />
2 tsp liquid margarine</p>
<p>Dressing materials: (a mixed one)<br />
3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce<br />
Grain 1 onion, chopped<br />
Fruit 1 red chilli, chopped<br />
1 tablespoon lime juice</p>
<p><strong>How to prepare:</strong><br />
1. Cut the fish into a square-shaped part 6.<br />
2. Lumuri fish with spice mixture Submerged, and  separated for 15 minutes so that the flavor permeate.<br />
3. Grilled fish on the coals of fire, while behind the back-up to mature.<br />
4. Present with the sauce.</p>
