<p>Zucchini, also known as courgettes, has very high nutritional properties, highlighting the presence of vitamins C, B, folate, potassium, magnesium, sodium, iodine, iron, calcium and phosphorus, making it one of the most nutritious plant 0% fat.</p>

<p>This dish is very simple to prepare and you can serve in small portions as an input or as a main dish for lunch daily. Everything depends on when you want them to serve. To make the zucchini stuffed with meat need:</p>

4 medium zucchini<br />
300 g ground beef<br />
1 medium chopped onion<br />
1 / 2 chopped red pepper<br />
2 cloves garlic, minced or ground<br />
1 egg<br />
3 tbsp white sauce<br />
Salt and pepper to taste<br />
Oil</p>
<p><strong><span id="more-841"></span>Preparation:</strong><br />
The first step is to cook the zucchini, if they are the round, cut off a lid and a spoon remove the seed filling, trying not to make very thin base layer. If you are the zucchini, cut in half long.<br />
Then in another pot of boiling water put a metal grid or metal plate inverted and placed over the zucchini. The idea is to steam cook for 15 minutes or until fork between soft, remove them from the water and place them face down.</p>
<p>In another pan, brown meat with oil and then Add a dash of onion, garlic, crushed pepper, salt and pepper. Then saute them chopped zucchini filling and add the beaten egg, salt test and then begins to fill the zucchini.<br />
Finish by covering with white sauce. Broil the zucchini for 20 minutes and serve with rice or potatoes. To help even cooking partner is better to buy the same size zucchini.<br />
