<p><em><strong>Material:</strong></em><br />
1 tablespoon butter<br />
20 g onion, chopped<br />
1 clove garlic, crushed, minced<br />
75 g minced beef<br />
3 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced<br />
5 fruit green beans, sliced 1 cm diagonal<br />
250 g white rice<br />
1 tsp Italian Seasoning<br />
1 / 2 tsp black pepper powder<br />
1 teaspoon salt</p>

<p><em><strong>Method:</strong></em><br />
Saute onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant.<br />
Enter mince, stirring until change color and dry.<br />
Add tomatoes and beans, stirring until wilted.<br />

Remove and serve warm with a sprinkling of grated cheese, if desired.</p>
