<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>* 1.5 l broth<br />
* 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped<br />
* 375 g lentils, dried<br />
* 2 onions<br />
* 600 g potatoes<br />
* 1 ½ Federation Green Soup<br />
* 1 teaspoon salt<br />
* Vinegar<br />
* Sugar<br />
* Pepper</p>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>The lentils and wash along with the broth and boil, covered on low heat about 1 hour simmer.<br />
Peel the potatoes, dice and watch.<br />
The Peel onions and cut into slices.<br />
The soup green wash and cut small.<br />
The green soup, the onions and the potato cubes to give the lentils with salt and pepper and spice, with occasional stirring additional 20 minutes to cook.<br />
Before serving with a pinch of sugar and some vinegar gradually.</p>
