To prepare the Parmesan Risotto this need:
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 chopped onions
* 600g rice
* 1 pints of vegetable stock
* 100g of filleted fresh mushrooms
* 100g of ham cut into strips
* 200ml whipping cream
* 1 tablespoon butter
* Branches of herbs such as oregano, thyme, marjoram
* 150g coarsely grated parmesan cheese or sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of the Parmesan Risotto:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat pouring oil and leave
