Pineapple jam

Material:
Pineapple (not too ripe)
sugar,
salt and,
cinnamon.

Method:
Pineapple peeled (if you like the skin please hehehe …. Kidding), and then shredded. Once shredded not thrown the water, because the smell would be reduced, it also becomes less stable.
Then it boiled grated pineapple in pan, add cinnamon until thickened.
