Ingredients:

* Pork Chops, 4.
* Salt and pepper to taste.
* Orange, 12 segments.
* Orange juice, 4 or 5 envelopes.
* Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon.
* Curacao, 1 shot.
* Water, 1 cup.

Preparation:

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and then fry them in very hot oil for 3 minutes on each side. Once fried, remove them from the pan.

After a few seconds to fry the slices of orange. Then remove them from there.

Lontong vegetable

Material:
To Lontong:
- 500 gr rice, washed and drained
- Banana Leaf
- Toothpicks

For Vegetables:
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 stalk lemongrass, white part, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, smashed
- 300 gr shrimp, peeled
- 500 gr chayote, cut the size of a match
- 20 eyes petai, halved
- 1250 ml which is not too thick coconut milk
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Refined:
- 3 cloves garlic

* 30cl of liquid cream

* 3 tablespoons flour

* 30g butter

* 220g of grated comté

* 4 pinches of nutmeg

Salt and pepper

* 3 tablespoons of “Emmental”
