Chimichurri (Ideal with meat, poultry and offal roasted)
Ingredients:
* Water, ½ liter.
* Coarse salt, ½ cup.
* Red pepper, 3 tablespoons.
* Oregano, 1 tablespoon.
* Garlic crushed, 5 teeth.
* Vinegar, ½ cup.
* Laurel, 4o5hojas.
* Oil, 3 tbsp.
